Songy Partners LLC is a commercial real estate firm that acquires, renovates and develops real estate projects throughout the United States, primarily focusing on urban-infill development projects. Songy puts particular emphasis in the office and hotel sectors.
Songy also works to acquire unimproved sites in strategically selected markets for projects that require extensive renovation and then reposition these sites for sell. Projects currently under way include sites in Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Fort Myers, Boca Raton and Atlanta.
Projects currently under development include:
- The renovation and re-branding of the historic 225,000-square-foot Chicago Athletic Association building as a hotel, spa and repositioned club facility.
- 41.5 acres within The Forum at Fort Myers, FL, a mixed-use development that will include a professional office campus consisting of seven, Class-A, multi-tenant office buildings.
- 1501 Yamato Road, a two-building, 175,000-squre-foot Class-A development in Boca Raton, FL.
- Eagle’s Landing Office Park, three 24,000-square-foot office buildings in Henry County, Georgia’s fastest growing county.
